ACCOMMODATIONS
Classic Room – $47/night*
Many pets are crate trained at home and instinctively will feel much happier and contained in a smaller accommodation with a crate-style door. Each room includes a comfortable memory-foam-like bed and three private outings (morning, afternoon, and evening). From 5 to 15 sq ft, these rooms are assigned by weight and overall size of the guest.
Classic Suite – $65/night*
Each Classic Suite features more spacious accommodations for pets who like a bit of room to stretch out. Includes a comfortable memory-foam-like bed and three private outings (morning, afternoon, and evening). Ideal for medium to large guests wanting extra comfort.
Junior Suite – $58/night*
This private wing was created especially for our smaller guests who love spending time with friends their own size. It is isolated from the larger suites and provides these little vacationers with the privacy and peaceful environment they love. Each room includes a raised canvas bed with headboard, sheepskin fleece bedding, and private morning, afternoon, and evening outings with their personal concierge.
Deluxe Suite – $78/night*
Perfect for pets who need extra legroom and like to be part of the action while still having the chance to rest peacefully. The rooms are staggered to avoid direct views of other guests. Raised canvas beds with privacy panels provide comfort and airflow for long naps after some fun in the sun. Includes three private outings daily.
Signature Suite – $85/night*
Three gorgeous oversized suites created for gentle giants, large families, or simply the most spoiled pets! Includes all the benefits of our Deluxe Suites but on a much larger scale — 30 to 42 sq ft of pure luxury and comfort. Each room includes an oversized canvas bed, sheepskin bedding, and outings in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

ACTIVITY PACKAGES
Social Butterfly Package – $28/day
Some dogs were born to socialize! This package satisfies that playful spirit with daily group playtime with doggy friends and nightly text updates to mom and dad.
Senior Bliss Package – $28/day
We understand that senior guests need special attention and TLC. This package includes priority walks (first and last each day), an extended additional walk, a cozy cuddle session, and a special nighttime treat for the sweetest dreams.
At The Lodge, we include private outings instead of simple walks — dedicated one-on-one time to earn your pet’s trust. All outings take place in the yard where your pet can potty, play, explore, and cuddle. We also recommend mimicking your pet’s home routine as closely as possible for a smoother experience.
For our Overnight guests:
CHECK IN- 2pm to 6:30pm
CHECK OUT- 7:30am to 11am
Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged and will incur additional charges.
For our Daycare and Bathing guests:
CHECK IN- 7:30am to 11am
CHECK OUT- 2pm to 6:30pm
Please note we cannot accommodate arrivals and departures outside of these hours.
Holiday Reception Hours:
Please note that the reception at The Lodge will be closed on all major holidays. During these days, check-in and check-out services will not be available.
Welcome to The Lodge! We are here to guide you in creating the perfect boarding experience for your pet. As an extension of the Animal Clinic of Windermere, you can expect the same excellent care and attention your pet is accustomed to. Boarding services are exclusively for current patients; new patients must schedule a meet-and-greet exam prior to their stay.
