Welcome to The Lodge! We are here to guide you in creating the perfect boarding experience for your pet. As an extension of the Animal Clinic of Windermere, you can expect the same excellent care and attention that your pet is accustomed to.
Please keep in mind that we extend our boarding services exclusively to current patients of the Animal Clinic of Windermere. For all new patients, a meet & greet exam is required prior to the pet’s stay.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Classic Rooms – $45/night*
Many pets are crate trained at home and instinctively will feel much happier and contained in a smaller accommodation with a crate style door. Each room includes a comfortable memory foam-like bed and three private outings (morning, afternoon and evening). From 5 to 15sqft, these rooms are assigned by weight and overall size of the guest.
Classic Suites – $60/night*
Many pets are crate trained at home and instinctively will feel much happier and contained in a smaller accommodation with a crate style door. Each room includes a comfortable memory foam-like bed and three private outings (morning, afternoon and evening). From 5 to 15sqft, these rooms are assigned by weight and overall size of the guest.
Junior Suites – $55/night*
This private wing was created specially for our smaller guests who love spending time with similar size friends. It is isolated from the larger suites and provides these little vacationers with the privacy and peaceful environment they love. The Junior Suite Wing also features a turfed outdoor yard which helps keep our shortest guests clean and an air conditioned play area for those hot and rainy days. Each room includes a raised canvas bed w/headboard and sheep skin fleece bedding and private morning, afternoon and evening outings with their personal concierge.
Deluxe Suites – $75/night*
These are perfect for pets that need the extra leg room and like to be a part of the action while still having the chance to get away for a nap. The rooms have been purposefully staggered to avoid direct view of other guests. Raised canvas beds, placed behind their privacy panel ensure plenty of airflow under the belly for long, cool naps after some fun in the sun. All Deluxe Suites include three private outings.
Signature Suites – $80*
Three gorgeous oversized suites were created for our gentle giants, large families, or simply the spoiled pet! These rooms include all the benefits of our Deluxe Suites but on a much larger scale. Choose from 30, 40 or 42 square feet of pure luxury and comfort. Each room includes an oversized canvas bed and sheepskin bedding and outings in the morning, afternoon and evening.

At The Lodge, we include private outings instead of just walks. This means time for your pet to spend one-on-one getting to know us. Earning your pet’s trust is one of our top priorities during their stay. All these outings take place in the yard so your baby can potty, play, explore and cuddle.
Another very important aspect to consider is your pet’s routine while boarding. It is always wise to try to mimic their home routine as closely as possible. To customize their afternoons, feel free to mix and match and tell us what each day of your pet’s experience will be like.

ACTIVITY PACKAGES
The Social Butterfly – Some dogs were born to socialize! This package is sure to satisfy that itch with daily play time with doggy friends and nightly text communication with mom and dad. – $26 a day.
Senior Bliss – We understand aging changes and know special attention and TLC are needed at this stage. This package includes priority walks, going out first and last each day, an extended additional walk and a snuggle session complete with a special treat at night to set up for a great night’s sleep! – $26 a day.
WHAT TO PACK & NOT TO PACK
Bedding: Every room at The Lodge includes a premium raised canvas bed specially designed for comfort, air flow and freshness. In order to meet our cleanliness standards, we ask that you do not bring any bedding (beds and blankets) from home.
Food: All meals are included! We feed Hill’s Sensitive Skin and Stomach dry kibble at no charge. There is also no additional charge for you providing your own food, so feel free to do so. We only request is that you pack any dry kibble in individual portions to ensure we have enough to last the entire stay.
Medication: In order to keep up with our care standards, an administration fee will be charged for each medication per administration ($2). Should charges exceed $16 a day, the guest will be deemed a “Special Needs Guest”, please see policy below.
All medications must be labeled and in the original containers (NO EXCEPTIONS). If you did not provide the original bottles, we will re-fill the medication, if available here, at an additional charge.
Toys: Please don’t bring anything that could become a choking hazard such as raw hides, antlers or bullysticks.
SPECIAL NEEDS GUESTS POLICY
We understand that not all guests are young and spirited and may require special care and attention. Our staff is well trained in the care and needs that these, often senior pets, may need and are happy to accommodate them. Pets that are deemed “Special Needs Guests” by the staff at Animal Clinic of Windermere will incur an additional $16 per day fee. The criteria includes but is not limited to guests that are diabetic, have mobility limitations, require daily use of potty pads and/or sanitary baths to keep up with their cleanliness, or a large amount of medications administered.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date for a no-penalty cancellation. For reservations cancelled outside of this period, 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged to the card on file or card presented as a guarantee for the reservation. For clients who “No Show”, 100% of the reservation cost will be charged to the card on file or card presented as a guarantee for the reservation.
HOLIDAY BOOKING POLICY
Bookings that include any one day inside the following timeframes will be considered a Holiday Booking and will require a MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS. Unfortunately, we cannot accept shorter reservations during these timeframes.

Independence Day → June 27th – July 7th,2025
Labor Day → August 29th – September 2nd, 2025
Thanksgiving → November 21st -December 1st, 2025
