Dr. Walton was born and raised in Flint, Michigan and realized at a young age he wanted to become a veterinarian. He attended Michigan State University for undergraduate study and veterinary school, graduating from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. In 2022, after having owned a small animal practice for 12 years, Dr. Walton and his wife Debbie relocated to central Florida. In his spare time, Dr. Walton and Debbie enjoy visiting the Disney parks, beaches, and daily walks in their neighborhood, and trying new restaurants. They hope to explore more of Florida’s outdoor opportunities, including camping, hiking, bicycling, and observing wildlife. Dr. Walton has 4 adult children, all of whom still live in Michigan. Dr. Walton and his wife share their home with 1 dog and 3 cats. Dr. Walton is excited to become a part of the Animal Clinic of Windermere team!!
