Holiday Reception Hours:
Please note that the reception at The Lodge will be closed on all major holidays. During these days, check-in and check-out services will not be available.

Welcome to The Lodge! We are here to guide you in creating the perfect boarding experience for your pet. As an extension of the Animal Clinic of Windermere, you can expect the same excellent care and attention that your pet is accustomed to.
Please keep in mind that we extend our boarding services exclusively to current patients of the Animal Clinic of Windermere. For all new patients, a meet & greet exam is required prior to the pet’s stay.

Service Enhancements:
- Anal Gland Expression: For pets that are scooting or have an unpleasant odor on their rear – $20
- Teeth Brushing: Great for maintenance between medical teeth cleaning – $20
- Nail Grinding: Our diamond tip grinders get the nails as short and smooth as possible – $40
- Medicated Shampoos: We have a wide range of shampoos to treat different conditions. Speak to our doctor about which shampoo is right for your pet – $10
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date for a no-penalty cancellation. For reservations cancelled outside of this period, 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged to the card on file or card presented as a guarantee for the reservation. For clients who “No Show”, 100% of the reservation cost will be charged to the card on file or card presented as a guarantee for the reservation.
Holiday Booking Policy
Bookings that include any one day inside the following timeframes will be considered a Holiday Booking and will require a MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS. Unfortunately, we cannot accept shorter reservations during these timeframes.
Spring Break → March 14th-24th, 2025
Memorial Day → May 23th- 27th ,2025
Independence Day → June 27th – July 7th,2025
Labor Day → August 29th – September 2nd, 2025
Thanksgiving → November 21st -December 1st, 2025
Christmas & New Year Day → December 19th, 2025 – January 5th, 2026
